Memberships open in limited windows tied to each production cycle. Sign up during an open window to lock in your spot — once memberships are full, the waitlist opens until the next cycle.
Vinyl shipments are sent every 3 months from your initial sign-up date. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each shipment.
From the date of purchase, members are automatically charged every 3 months. You'll receive a notification 3-5 business days before each $25 charge is processed, along with tracking information once your order ships.
You can manage and update your shipping address, payment methods, and membership preferences directly within the customer portal anytime between shipments.
Members may cancel their membership after receiving a minimum of 2 shipments. Cancellation is available anytime through the customer portal after that.
No — joining the waitlist does not guarantee a membership. You'll be notified when the next drop opens, and memberships are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Past pressings are not restocked. Your membership begins with the next available drop after your sign-up. This is part of what keeps each release genuinely limited.
